    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

📦 4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • COD Orders: Require verification via call/message before dispatch.
  • Prepaid Orders: Dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays & Government holidays).
  • Delivery timelines:
    • COD: 5–7 business days
    • Prepaid: 3–5 business days
  • Shipping is handled via trusted partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ekart, Amazon, and Shadowfax through Shiprocket.

❌ 5. Order Cancellation & Modification

  • Prepaid Orders: Must be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order
  • COD Orders: Must be cancelled within 24 hours or during verification
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified

🔁 6. Return, Exchange & Refund

  • We follow a No Return Policy except for:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Damaged product
  • Exchanges are allowed for:
    • Wrong item
    • Damaged product
    • Size misfit
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all claims
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–15 business days after inspection, after deducting shipping charges
