We follow a No Return Policy under normal circumstances.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition

📌 Mandatory Requirement:

  • An unboxing video is compulsory to claim a return.
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the issue with the product.
  • Claims without valid unboxing proof will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following situations:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product
  • Size misfit

📌 Important Conditions:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for exchange requests.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for approved return cases (wrong or damaged items).

  • Once the product is received at our warehouse and passes inspection,
  • The refund will be initiated after deducting applicable shipping charges
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–15 business days

📌 Note:

  • Refunds are not applicable for size issues (exchange only).
  • COD handling/shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

⏱ Request Timeline

  • Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • Product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Tags or original packaging are missing
  • Request is made after the allowed time frame
