Refunds are processed only for approved return cases (wrong or damaged items).
After inspection, the amount (after deducting shipping charges) will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.
12. Is unboxing video really required?
Yes, it is mandatory for any return or exchange claim. Without it, requests will not be accepted.
13. Which courier partners do you use?
We ship through trusted logistics partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ekart, Amazon Shipping, and Shadowfax via Shiprocket.
14. What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Please contact us immediately within 48 hours with an unboxing video. We will verify and arrange a return or exchange.
